Thank you for shopping with LewLand Lab. Every order is carefully produced, packed and dispatched with quality in mind. Please read the information below before placing your order.
Processing Times
Many of our products are made to order or custom manufactured specifically for you.
Estimated production times are shown on each product page and may vary depending on:
- Product complexity
- Current order volume
- Personalisation requirements
- Material availability
If your order is likely to take significantly longer than expected, we will contact you as soon as possible.
Shipping
Once your order has been completed, it will be dispatched using a tracked delivery service where available.
Delivery options and costs are calculated during checkout based on your location and the size of your order.
You will receive a shipping confirmation email once your order has been dispatched.
Estimated Delivery Times
United Kingdom
- Standard Delivery: 2–5 working days after dispatch
International
Delivery times vary by destination and customs processing but are typically:
- Europe: 5–10 working days
- Rest of World: 7–20 working days
Please note these are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
Customs, Duties & Import Taxes
International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes or local handling charges that may apply in their country.
LewLand Lab has no control over these charges and cannot predict their cost.
Delays
Whilst every effort is made to dispatch and deliver orders promptly, delays can occasionally occur due to:
- Courier delays
- Customs inspections
- Weather
- Industrial action
- High seasonal demand
- Other circumstances beyond our reasonable control
We appreciate your patience if this happens.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Please ensure your delivery address is accurate before completing your order.
LewLand Lab cannot be responsible for delays or additional shipping costs resulting from incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer.
Lost or Damaged Parcels
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include photographs of:
- the packaging
- the shipping label
- the damaged item(s)
If your parcel has not arrived within a reasonable time after dispatch, please contact us and we will work with the courier to investigate.
Multiple Orders
Where possible, we may combine multiple orders into one shipment to reduce packaging waste.
Bespoke & Commission Orders
Large commissions and bespoke projects may have individual production and delivery schedules agreed before work begins.
Any agreed delivery dates for commissioned work will be confirmed directly with the customer.
