Every piece is made to order, so please allow time for us to design and craft yours before it ships. We'll confirm your timeline when you order, and you'll approve your design before we begin.
Delivery
Once made, orders are sent by tracked courier, with UK delivery typically 2–3 working days once dispatched. You'll receive tracking as soon as it's on its way.
Packaging
Your piece is carefully packed to arrive safely and ready to display — and to gift, if it's a present.
