Returns & refunds
Because every piece is personalised and made specifically for you, it's exempt from the standard 14-day right to cancel that applies to off-the-shelf goods. In practice this means:
- Before we begin making — before you've approved your design proof — you can cancel your order for a full refund.
- Once you've approved the proof and production has begun, the order can't be cancelled or refunded, because it's being made uniquely for you.
If something's wrong
Your statutory rights always apply. If your piece arrives faulty, damaged or not as described, contact us within 14 days of delivery with a photo and we'll put it right — by repair, replacement or refund. Nothing here affects your legal rights.
