How long does a piece take?

Everything is made to order, so lead times vary by piece — we'll always confirm your timeline before you commit. If you're working to a deadline, tell us and we'll be honest about what's possible.

How does personalisation work?

After you order (or enquire, for bespoke), you send us the details — for a cruise map that's your line, ship, sail dates and full port-by-port itinerary. We design your piece and share a proof before making anything, so it's exactly right.

Can you make any cruise itinerary?

Yes. Every map is built to your exact route, so any itinerary and any region is fine — just send us the details.

What sizes do you offer?

Cruise maps come in A4 and a premium A3. Bespoke models are sized to suit the piece and are confirmed when we quote.

How much do bespoke commissions cost?

Bespoke venue models start from £165. Because every piece is different, we confirm your exact price once we've seen photos — you'll have your price and a design proof before anything is made.

Do I get to approve the design first?

Always. We share a proof or concept before production, and we don't start making until you're happy.

How are pieces made?

Each piece is designed and crafted by hand in the UK, using durable materials and finished with care. The result is made to display and made to last.

Do you ship internationally?

UK delivery details are on our Shipping page. If you're outside the UK, get in touch before ordering and we'll let you know what's possible.

Can I return a personalised piece?

Because pieces are personalised and made to order, they can't be returned once production has begun — see our Returns page for the full detail and your rights if anything arrives faulty.
